The Restaurant
The Barbagia hotel restaurant is open to all and is also available for events and ceremonies. The dishes reinterpret traditional cuisine and are created exclusively with raw materials produced by carefully selected local pastors and farmers. The restaurant has an indoor room from which you can always admire the landscape and a large outdoor room where you can enjoy our dishes in total relaxation.

Traditional dishes
Our restaurant offers you the best traditional Sardinian dishes. You will find a mix of appetizers consisting of local meats and cheeses but not only, the delicious ravioli pasta with dorgalese tomato sauce, the culurgiones potato filled pasta from Ogliastra, and you can’t miss the traditional roast porcetto or beef. To finish in beauty there is the house dessert prepared daily.
The internal hall
The restaurant of Hotel Barbagia consists of two rooms. The interior room is treated in every detail with furnishings that recall the Sardinian tradition. It is a spacious room lit by large windows from where you can admire the exterior.
The External room
Outside the dining room there is a covered terrace where the protagonist is the large fireplace used to roast meat. You can eat al fresco on summer evenings or mild spring days and admire the surrounding environment, surrounded by nature.
