How can I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation through our online system directly on our site, simply follow the instructions that the program suggests. Alternatively, it is always possible to make a reservation by telephone call or by sending an email.

I made a reservation but I have not received any confirmation. Why?
The software automatically sends the confirmation to the indicated email address. If you do not receive your booking confirmation within 2 working days, please contact us immediately.

Is the price shown on the website per person?
No. The price is per room and per night. When booking, the number of occupants is usually requested.

Is it possible to contact the B & B before I arrive? Is it possible to contact the hotel before I arrive?
Yes, all contact details are indicated on the website. In any case it is preferable to contact to indicate the arrival time.

What is the check-in time?
Check-in starts at 2.00 pm and ends at 10 pm. For special needs, we recommend contacting us by mail or telephone.

What kind of breakfast is served in the hotel?
Typical breakfast, national.

What are the breakfast times?
Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 9:30 am.

How often is the room and the bathroom cleaned?
Daily.

In the hotel there are towels and sheets? How often are they changed?
Yes, the change is daily.

Is there a set time for the return to the hotel in the evening?
No.

Where is it possible to park? Does the B & B have private parking?
Yes, inside the structure.

How to get to the structure?
Arriving from the 131 for Dorgali (Nu), at the entrance of the village turn right taking the ring road until you get to a roundabout (in front of the Crai store) take on the right for 1 km Funtana Mala (there are road signs).

What is the check-out time?
The ckeck-out must be done before 10:00 am.

If my departure is scheduled for the afternoon or evening, can I leave my luggage?
Yup.

Are animals allowed?
Yes (there may be a surcharge) but they must not be unattended.

Yes.
